المتطلبات ومعايير القبول للمستثمرين:

• Has conducted transactions in security markets of not less than 40 million Saudi riyals in total, and not less than ten transactions in each quarter during the last twelve months.
• his/her net assets is not less than 5 million Saudi Riyals.
• works or has worked for at least three year in the financial sector.
• holds the General Securities Qualification Certificate which is recognized by the Authority.
• holds professional certificate that is related to securities business and accredited by an internationally recognized entity
• Active as an angel investor with at least 2 startup deployments within the last year
• Minimum of SAR 1 million ticket deployments (unless possessing a CME 1 license whereby minimum ticket can be reduced to SAR 250,000)
• Strategic investor with ability to follow on with larger tickets to double down on startups that fit within their criteria
• Willing to provide market access and support
• Passing KYC and AML requirements for local financial institutions licensed under the CMA
• Signing terms and conditions of account opening, fund terms and conditions and subscription forms as needed
